1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of pewterbay.com ("Pewter Bay", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of pewterbay.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

Pewter Bay is intended only for users aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm you are 18 or over.

3. Virtual coins

• The coins are supplied free and cost nothing to obtain.
• They are not money, not credit, not property, and they have no monetary value.
• They cannot be bought or sold, withdrawn or transferred, and cannot be turned into money, goods, services or prizes. The site has nothing for sale.
• No prize of real-world value exists on this site.
• Coins, levels and features may be adjusted, or reset entirely, at any time.

4. No real-money gambling

Pewter Bay does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and does not link to gambling operators.

5. Your account

• You need a free account to play. One account per person; do not share it.
• Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if someone else has used your account.
• If you sign in with Google, keeping that Google account secure is your responsibility, and you confirm the 18+ requirement here in the same way.
• You can delete the account at any time from your account page. It goes immediately, and there is no undo.
• We may suspend an account that is used to disrupt the site or that we believe belongs to someone under 18.
• Coins, levels and jobs are held by the account, are not your property, and may be reset at any time.

6. Acceptable use

No interference with the site, no automated tools pointed at it, no offering coins for trade, and nobody under the age limit at the controls.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis and any part of it may be modified or withdrawn. Malfunctions void the affected plays and pays. Nothing in this document limits a liability that the law says may not be limited, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over them.
